  1. What is life coaching?

    The greatest support team custom designed just for you!

    Encouragement, consulting, teaching supporting......this is a service that works with you in creating the life you want and achieving the goals you set for yourself. Simply put, you hire a me when you want to do, be or have something more than you have now.

    The real question is.... what do you want?

     I work in partnership with you to help you achieve extraordinary results based upon goals set by you. We will have a co-creative relationship that focuses on improving any area of life that you want to make changes in.

    • What do I want to change about my life?

    I am your partner in helping you answer these questions.  You establish the goal and I work with you to achieve it. You will see results right away!

    • Discover, clarify and align with what the client wants to achieve.

    • Hold the client responsible and accountable.

    People fail at achieving their goals and dreams because they lack the committed, unbiased support they need to help them break old cycles and make new choices.  I am there to support, guide and encourage you to access your own wisdom, creativity and excellence.

  3. Who needs coaching?

    There are many different people that hire a coach. In general, it is for anyone who wants support while making a change in his or her life. This might be people in transition, starting a new career, in a difficult relationship, facing a difficult decision, people who want to improve their quality of life. Lonely people, people who feel stuck, those who feel they can’t succeed. If there is anything you want to do, be or have in your life then a coach can help you achieve those things. If your life is not everything you dreamed it would be and you think you could use support to transform your current life into your ideal life then you need the support of a life coach.               

  4. How is coaching different from consulting or therapy?

    Therapy delves into the past and searches for sources or causes of current conditions and makes therapeutic suggestions for the client to use. Therapy is used to determine where your patterns or problems started. This can be a powerful technique and there are some conditions that need to be addressed through therapy first. A consultant role is to solely to identify and supply information. A coach acknowledges the problematic behaviour but doesn’t dwell on the past. Coaching focuses on the current situation, and looks towards the future. A life coach will help you create a plan for you to have the best life possible! A coach assists the client in moving forward through support, encouragement, goals and skill building. Sometimes simply knowing a coach is there to fall back on or stand beside you as you challenge your fears, risk change and transform your life is the key facilitator of success.                                                                                                 
  5. How does weekly coaching work?

    At the beginning of your coaching experience we will review your goals and strategize how to achieve those goals. Each week, prior to our scheduled call, I will send you a pre-session form where you discuss where you’re at, successes and challenges you have experienced since we last spoke. You send this back to me before the session and I review your information. Each call begins with a short review of your past week, any action steps you have taken and review last week’s homework. Each call is directed by your needs and focuses on your short and long term goals. You set the agenda, you state what you want to get out of the call and we proceed to work towards your goals under those guidelines. We will discuss your challenges and obstacles; develop strategies to teach you new skills to facilitate your transformation.                                                                                                                           I am committed to encourage, support and be truthful with you during every call. Throughout the call I may assign tasks (homework) that will support your goal. Towards the end of the call we will do a review of our session. Each call is about you and the focus is always you and your goals. During the week in between our calls you may feel the need to reach out via email for support, ask questions regarding your homework or simply to share your accomplishments. I will always promptly reply to you with support and encouragement.

  6. Why are coaching plans a minimum commitment of 3 months?

    Coaching plans are a minimum of 3 months. Experience has shown that this is the minimum timescale to bring long-lasting change and tangible benefits into your life. The first few weeks are very exciting, change happens quite quickly, motivation is high. After a few weeks, doubts may start to creep in and you may begin to feel less motivated, this is when you need your coach the most. This is the fork in the road between returning to old habits or making a real concrete change that will reap long-term rewards. After 3 months you may feel like you want to continue and you will always have that option, it is entirely up to you.

  7. How do I pay you?

    Monthly payments are made in advance, 10 days prior to the first session of the month. You simply click on the 'Pay Now' button and you can pay through my Pay Pal account.  Paypal is a completely secure method of internet payment by using your credit card or a bank withdrawal.   All transactions are safe and secure.
